Simons new domain

Simon, who has been blogging for some time now, has finally bought his own domain. Eggburji it is!! His blog is being hosted there at the moment, but I am sure he will be buying space etc in the near future. Rock on dude...

This has inspired me to also get a domain of my own...lets see how that goes...

Damn, I love Wordpress. But I cannot move my blog completely there as I get all my hits on this blog. I love the look, feel and the features that Wordpress has on offer. And the themes are so easy to change. So I imported all these Blogger posts in Wordpress and my Wordpress blog - Dearth Of Ideas is up. If you dont have a Wordpress blog, go get one!.

Submitting your blogs to Blog Directories

Came across this very interesting blog that specifically provides tips for new bloggers. Its simply called Tips For New Bloggers. I even got the code for my "Digg" buttons from this blog. Another interesting new topic that the owner has covered is on how to submit your blogs to blog directories, to increase the visits on your blog. This is all the more helpful for some of my new blogging friends like Jacinth, Sanjeeb, Rohit and Abhilash. Good luck guys, go mad!!
